I want to start learning how to drive, although I have this constant phobia my reaction time is not fast enough when i'm behind the wheels. So, first thing first is

1. Basic Theory Test at Ubi
2. Apply for Provisional Driving Licence
3. Final theory test at centre
4. Practical driving test (within 2 years of fft)
